If you have "stopped" status on your order(s), you must upload proof:
1) Go to the stopped order tab:
2) Click on order to upload proof
3) Purple buttons will indicate what kind of proof is required from you, upload all proof that is required from you.
4) Click on each button and provide proof it is asking for, READ careful of what type of proof it needs from you.
