If the brand rejected your submission, it means there is evidence of non-organic views, or views coming from unsupported GEOs.
The brand deemed your entry is not eligible for full payout.
Rejected due to non-organic views
Your video was rejected due to suspicious views, otherwise known as non-organic views. The categories of videos that fit the non-organic views definition are:
- videos that are taken off social or not visible on the feed
- videos with low watch time
- paid or purchased video views
- incentivized or gamed video views
- automated video views from bots or systems
If you would like us to take a second look, please send us a video recording of at least 2 or 3 of your reel's insights (available when you click View Insights while browsing reels from your profile). Please include the sponsored reel that was rejected.
We can not accept screenshots, only video recordings.
Rejected with Min Payout
If you were paid a flat fee of Min Payout, eligible views (from eligible GEOs) were below the minimum requirement, and the brand chose to pay only for your creative.
Payout too low
If you had views, but earnings were low, that means your reach from eligible GEOs was low. It is important to note that only reach from specific geographies is counted towards payout. These GEOs are set by the campaign owner, and vary from one campaign to another (as described on campaign details page.)

To protect our platform and advertisers from abuse, Influencers with repeated rejections risk losing access to Shoutcart Campaigns and the Shoutcart platform.
