This is because you are NOT posting within the Posting Timeframe available to you. Please take off the post and try again during posting times. 

For every order you have 3 days to post from customer's preferred date, see "Available Posting Times" listed for you.

To ensure you get paid, you must post once during "Available Posting Times" listed for you. All time is in PST time zone, and it is up to you to convert accordingly if you live in a different time zone. 

You first must, publish the order on your social media and immediately come back to Shoutcart and click the "PUBLISH" button.

It's important to note, the count down of the shoutout time starts from the time you clicked the publish button, not the time you posted on your social media.
